What This Blog Is About

Over the years people have asked me to write about food, culture, diet, and many other aspects of food. Often times I am asked if I have my own app, and I guess this is the first step in that direction. Some things you should know about me: I am dyslexic and dysgraphic, so sometimes there will be errors no matter how much technology I use, also I love questions. Please ask as many as you would like, as long at it’s on topic.

    Thanks Chef Don for you impromptu lesson on sprouting while in Food and Thought the other day. I made it home to New Jersey Friday and will be starting my own sprouting journey tomorrow 🙂 Lindsey

    • I am glad to hear that you made it home to New Jersey. I have a post in the works about protease inhibitors, ” the reason why we should sprout”. It is somewhat difficult to make enzyme deactivators sound exciting.
